All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may occasionally extend slightly, but we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier schedule.

Carriers
We cooperate with major logistics providers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, as well as certified regional shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Shipping Regions
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. Availability for other regions may vary depending on logistics conditions.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives severely damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is confirmed.

Refused or Returned Packages
If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address information or delivery refusal, the order may be subject to re-shipping costs or processing fees once the package is returned to the warehouse.
