If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping issues

  • Personal care or hygiene items once opened

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Address
Returns must be shipped to our designated processing facility located in the United States. The specific return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
